Roberta Welker, played by Maura Soden, is Victor and Sylvia's only daughter. Her husband was never mentioned in the episode, Victor's Other Family. Her sons are Jerome and Scott.
Biography[]
Roberta was introduced as a possible half-sister to Lois when she called her in an attempt to reach out. She invited her to stay the weekend at her mother's home in Manitoba. While there, Lois and the boys was also introduced to Jerome and Scott, along with her mother, Sylvia. As the they got to know each other, Lois is pleasantly surprised on how calm and happy Roberta's family is in accepting hers. However, the peaceful moments turn worse when Ida showed up unannounced and demanded the pension from Sylvia's family. After Lois chases her begrudging and vengeful mother away, she comes to learn that Radu Gogorsky is her real father. Upset by the revelation, she willingly abandons the case and tells Roberta and Sylvia everything. She even apologized for her mother's behavior before she collected her boys to head back to California.

She bears an uncanny resemblance to Lois in the way they look. However, Roberta is shown to be more calmer and peaceful in the way she raised her sons.
